Novaković Criticizes Lack of Water for Bar Residents Despite Utility Revenue

Radomir Novaković stated that it is unacceptable for residents of one of Bar's largest settlements to be without water in the 21st century, while significant funds are collected from tourism and utilities in the Šušanj area.
