Transport of Wind Turbine Components Begins for Iceland's First Wind Farm
Heavy transport of materials for Iceland's first wind power plant, Vaðölduver, is set to begin tonight. The components will be moved over a 130-kilometer route from Þorlákshöfn to the Vaðölduver site, with transports occurring six nights a week for the next 7-10 weeks.
