Nurse Wins Part of Lawsuit Against HSE Over Delayed Breast Cancer Diagnosis

A nurse who sued the HSE (Health Service Executive) over an alleged delay in her breast cancer diagnosis has won part of her legal action. A judge ruled that the classification of her mammogram as benign "fell outside the range of acceptable professional judgment."
