Marfin Case: 46-Year-Old Files Appeal Against Pre-Trial Detention
Three days after her testimony in the Marfin case, the 46-year-old accused has filed an appeal against her pre-trial detention order. The appeal will be decided by the Athens Misdemeanor Council in the coming weeks, following a relevant prosecutorial proposal.
