US Rules Out Troops in Congo, Focuses on Investment

General Dagvin Anderson stated in Luanda that the Washington Agreements do not entail a US military presence in the Democratic Republic of Congo, but rather focus on access to critical minerals. This statement was made on the sidelines of a summit with 35 countries.
