Singaporean Charged as Scam Caller in Cambodia-Linked Syndicate
A Singaporean man, Ngiam Siow Jui, has been charged with being a scam caller as part of a syndicate linked to Cambodia. He was apprehended in Phnom Penh after being wanted for approximately seven months and subsequently repatriated to Singapore.
