Kovačević: State Property Definition Requires Agreement Between RS and FBiH

Radovan Kovačević, an SNSD delegate, stated that the only acceptable way to define state property in Bosnia and Herzegovina is through an agreement between Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH.
