Montenegro's Arms Trade: Exports to Congo, Imports from Israel

Documents from the Montenegrin Customs Administration reveal that between January 2023 and December 2025, Montenegro exported automatic rifles to Congo and imported ammunition from Israel, among other arms trade activities.
