Latvian Associations Urge Parliament to Halt Film Dubbing Law Amendments
Latvian broadcasting and film producer associations are calling on the Saeima (Parliament) to reject amendments to the Electronic Mass Media Law that would mandate dubbing or voice-over for television content in languages other than European Union official languages.
