Singapore to Rehabilitate First-Time Drug Abusers in Community
Singapore announced that first-time drug abusers who surrender to the Central Narcotics Bureau will now undergo rehabilitation within the community. This new approach, effective May 16, means they will no longer be sent to rehabilitation centers.
