UCO Reveals Cerdán Authorized PSOE Payments for Leire Díez's Travel
The UCO (Central Operative Unit) has revealed that Santos Cerdán, former Secretary of Organization for the PSOE, authorized the party to pay for 'any travel' for Leire Díez for her 'plumbing' (fontanería), indicating a direct order from the secretary.
