Village watchman nabbed in Camarines Sur buy-bust

LEGAZPI CITY, Albay – A village watchman was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Bula town, Camarines Sur, on Monday night. Camarines Sur Police said in a report on Tuesday that the 50-year-old suspect, identified as “Mino,” sold a sachet of “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover agent in Barangay  San Roque Poblacion at around 9 p.m.
