Cuba hit by widespread power blackout

HAVANA (Reuters) -- A power outage struck most of Cuba, including Havana, the state electric utility said on Wednesday, as the Communist-run government grapples with increased pressure from ‌the Trump administration that has curtailed oil shipments.
