Government Proposes Closing DNT Cabin to Protect Wild Reindeer in Rondane National Park

The Norwegian government plans to close a parking lot that serves as the entrance to Rondane National Park to protect wild reindeer. Some are now advocating for the closure of the Norwegian Trekking Association (DNT) cabin within the national park as well, arguing that driving in the high mountains is not a human right.
