Polish Supreme Court President Proposes Single-Sentence Law to Validate Judicial Nominations

Zbigniew Kapiński, the First President of the Supreme Court of Poland, suggested that a single-sentence law confirming the validity of all judicial nominations since 1990 is necessary to restore order in the justice system.
