‘Six years of exile, suffering and character assassination’ – charges dropped against three Limerick gardaí over alleged ‘squaring away’ of motoring offences

Three gardaí who had been due to stand trial over the alleged ‘squaring away’ of fixed-charge notices for motoring offences will no longer face prosecution after the charges against them were formally dropped at Limerick Circuit Court this morning.
