Bodies Found in Advanced Deterioration at UK Hospital Mortuaries

An inspection of mortuaries at the Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) NHS Trust revealed 10 shortfalls, including bodies found in an advanced state of deterioration. The Human Tissue Authority conducted the inspection at the under-fire trust.
