The Hague Only Acceptable Solution for Albania-Greece Maritime Deal, Says Ruci

International law lecturer Hektor Ruci stated that The Hague remains the only normal and acceptable solution for the maritime agreement between Albania and Greece. Ruci also criticized the slow pace of negotiations, noting that the president has delayed forming a group for two years.
