After fines fail, Tinsukia films public urinators, puts footages on LED hoarding

Tinsukia Municipal Board now displays public urination footage on an LED screen. This initiative aims to deter repeat offenders and promote civic hygiene. Fines previously collected did not effectively change public behavior. Civil defence volunteers assist in recording and displaying these violations. The campaign seeks to encourage residents towards better sanitation practices.
