Philippine BIR Clarifies Tax Incentive Certificate Submission

The Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has clarified the process for submitting the Certificate of Entitlement to Tax Incentives (CETI) as an attachment to annual Income Tax Returns. The CETI certifies a registered business's eligibility for tax incentives under Philippine law.
