BiH House of Representatives Adopts Draft Law on Court, Rejects HJPC Law

The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina has adopted the Draft Law on the Court of BiH and the Appellate Court in a second round of voting, but failed to support the Draft Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC).
