Nigerian SEC Orders Freeze of ISIS-Linked Accounts
Nigeria's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has directed capital market operators to immediately identify and freeze funds, assets, and other economic resources linked to a Nigerian citizen and three others associated with ISIS.
