Who Pays for Wind-Damaged Cars in Chisinau?
Following strong winds in Chisinau that caused trees to fall and damage cars, questions arose about who would cover repair costs. Svetlana Lupashku, Chairman of the Union of Insurers of Moldova, explained that mandatory liability insurance (OSAGO) would not help, only comprehensive insurance (CASCO) or a court decision.
