Burnham Tells Swinney Independence 'Off Limits' at Commonwealth Games Meeting

Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester, reportedly told Scottish First Minister John Swinney that discussions about Scottish independence were "off limits" during a meeting ahead of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games. The leaders of the UK, Scottish, and Welsh governments convened for the meeting.
