Drunk Man Drives to Police Station to Mark Bicycle
In Aleksandrów Kujawski, a 65-year-old man drove to a police station to have his bicycle marked, only to be found with a blood alcohol level of 1.5 per mille. His bicycle was marked, but a court will decide his penalty.
