Mount Rausu trail closed after brown bear approaches hikers in Hokkaido
The hiking trail on Mount Rausu in Hokkaido, Japan, part of a World Natural Heritage site, has been closed again after a brown bear was spotted approaching hikers. This closure comes approximately 11 months after entry restrictions were lifted following a previous bear incident.
