Lithuanian President Nausėda Promotes Two Military Officers
Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda promoted two Lithuanian army officers to higher general ranks on Thursday. Flotilla Admiral Giedrius Premeneckas, Chief of the Defense Staff, and Brigadier General Ži, Head of the Training and Doctrine Command, received the promotions.
