Ruling bloc eases cap on coal, nuclear output to cushion Middle East crisis
South Korea's ruling party and the government are scrambling to cushion the impact of the Middle East conflict, this time by easing the country's limit on the maximum output of coal-fired power plants and nuclear reactors.
