Warisan President Shafie Apdal Sentenced to Five Weeks' Jail for Contempt

Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal, president of the Warisan party and Semporna MP, has been sentenced to five weeks in jail by the Kota Kinabalu Sessions Court for contempt of court over claims related to Zara Qairina. He has been granted a stay pending appeal.
