Schizophrenic Man Gets Absolute Discharge in Toronto Tim Hortons Stabbing

A schizophrenic man who stabbed a stranger at a Toronto Tim Hortons has been granted an absolute discharge, with the Ontario Review Board noting that 'voices were telling him the victim was present and waiting to kill him'.
