Dog discovers rare, half-dead sea turtle on Welsh beach

A dog found a rare and endangered Kemp's ridley sea turtle, half-dead, on a beach in Wales. The turtle, the smallest and rarest of its kind, is now being prepared for return to the warmer waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
