HCMC has no place for 3 million cubic meters of sludge dredged from giant canal

The project of renovating 32-km Tham Luong–Ben Cat–Nuoc Len canal that runs 32 km in Ho Chi Minh City is expected to generate more than three million cubic meters of sludge, but has yet to find a site for its disposal, threatening the very progress of the dredging.
