Russia Condemns Montenegro's Decision to Introduce Visa Requirements
Russia has strongly condemned Montenegro's decision to introduce visa requirements for citizens of Belarus, China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey starting November 1. A Russian Foreign Ministry official described the move as 'shooting oneself in the foot'.
