Portuguese PM Montenegro Pressures Union, Warns of Deficit Risk

Portuguese Prime Minister Luís Montenegro is pressuring the UGT trade union to sign a social concertation agreement, stating they have no more arguments against it, and acknowledges the risk of the country returning to budget deficits.
