Sarajevo Inspectors Close Bakeries Over Hygiene Violations

Food inspectors in Sarajevo Canton closed two bakeries and found nearly a third of controlled establishments failed hygiene standards during inspections in February 2026. The inspections were part of regular oversight by the Cantonal Administration for Inspection Affairs.
