Japanese Parliament to Discuss Seat Reduction and Flag Desecration Bills

With approximately one month left in the parliamentary session, Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party and Nippon Ishin no Kai are pushing to submit and pass bills for House of Representatives seat reduction and a law penalizing flag desecration, despite strong opposition from other parties.
