Heritage Financial Raises Dividend and Outlines Q3/Q4 Expenses

Heritage Financial has increased its dividend by 4% to $0.25 per share. The company also outlined its noninterest expenses for Q3 at $64M-$65M and a Q4 run-rate of $56M-$57M as the Kitsap conversion approaches.
