Javier Lasagabaster, Former Basque Government Minister, Dies

Javier Lasagabaster, who served as the Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Works in the first Basque Government from 1980 to 1984, has passed away. He was known as the 'father of the bidegorris' (bicycle paths).
