Proper procedures will be followed to arrest Roque, says Remulla

MANILA, Philippines — Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla on Monday clarified that “proper methods” will be carried out to arrest former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque over human trafficking charges. “When I say ‘personally arrest,’ hindi ibig sabihin ako aaresto. Wala naman akong authority diyan,” Remulla said in a press briefing in Camp Crame.
