Barangay health workers appeal to Marcos to prioritize Magna Carta bill

Barangay health workers are appealing to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to include the proposed Magna Carta of Barangay Health Workers as a priority bill in his upcoming State of the Nation Address.
