Lögreglan á Suðurnesjum fékk karlmann úrskurðaðan í síbrotagæslu eftir fjölda afbrota um helgina. Lögreglan greinir frá því á vef sínum að hún hafi haft afskipti af manninum tvo daga í röð um helgina. Hann er grunaður um nytjastuld, akstur undir áhrifum og fjölmörg önnur umferðarlagabrot. Lögregla þekkir vel til mannsins enda hefur hann ítrekað komið við sögu hennar. Hún taldi síbrotagæslu því nauðsynlega til að stöðva brotahrinu hans. Lögreglubíll á ferð í Keflavík.
