ESA Questions Legality of Norway's Cheaper Electricity Price for Citizens
The EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) has questioned the Norwegian government on whether its "norgespris" scheme, which provides cheaper electricity to Norwegians, constitutes illegal state subsidization of electricity customers. The Energy Minister dismisses the complaints.
