Professor Warns Serbia Has Not Learned from 2014 Floods

Aleksandar Anđelković, a professor at the Faculty of Forestry in Belgrade and member of the 'Kreni-promeni' movement, stated that Serbia is once again facing torrential floods, indicating that the authorities have not learned lessons from the 2014 Obrenovac floods.
