SOBNOR Commemorates Patriots Executed Under Italian Fascist Governor Biroli
SOBNOR reminded the public that after the defeat of the fascist army at Bioče, the notorious Italian fascist governor of Montenegro, Pircio Biroli, ordered the execution of 180 prisoners from the Bar camp as an act of retaliation and intimidation.
