Szef KPRP Zbigniew Bogucki przyznał, że oczekująca na decyzję prezydenta Karola Nawrockiego nowela ustawy o prawach pacjenta i Rzeczniku Praw Pacjenta - tzw. lex szarlatan - budzi emocje. - Dawno nie widziałem ustawy, która powodowałaby takie zainteresowanie - podkreślił Bogucki.
