Alberta Proposes $35B+ West Coast Oil Pipeline
Alberta is formally proposing a new oil pipeline route to the southwest coast of British Columbia, estimated to cost $35 billion or more, for tanker export to Asian markets in partnership with Trans Mountain Corp. and Pembina Pipeline Corp.
