Budapest to Turn Off Decorative Lighting; Danube Water Levels Not Affecting City Water Supply

Budapest Mayor Gergely Karácsony announced that the city would turn off decorative lighting to save energy, and clarified that the current Danube water levels do not impact the city's water supply. He also discussed water tariffs and a solidarity tax.
