Man Assaults Individual, Sprays Police, and Barricades Himself in Tokyo Home

In Fussa, Tokyo, a man reportedly assaulted a younger male with a hammer-like object on the street. When police arrived, he sprayed them with what appeared to be tear gas before fleeing and barricading himself in his nearby home.
