Portuguese Police Detain Over 3,000 Drivers in First Quarter
The Portuguese Public Security Police (PSP) reported detaining 3,000 drivers in the first quarter, including 1,510 arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol out of 53,342 tests conducted.
