Gender Pay Gap Persists in Spain's First Jobs
A study reveals that women in professions such as doctors, teachers, and journalists earn less than their male counterparts in their first jobs in Spain. The gender pay gap can reach up to 12,000 euros annually across almost all disciplines, according to AQU.
